I am HEMANG DESAI, 35, a certified Trainer and counselor. I have Post Graduation in Social Work as well as Psychotherapy and Counseling, PG Diploma each in Training & Development and Psychological Counseling. I have hands on experience of about 13 years in handling HR in some of the most esteemed organizations like Reliance Industries Ltd, ESSAR Group of Companies, Prince Plastics Intl Ltd., Hindustan Oil Exploration Co. Ltd., GSPC Ltd, with a blend of experience in both Plant HR as well as Corporate HRD. I have been a Corporate Trainer as well as a Human Engineer with my strong communication skills and strong background in Human Resources Management. I have to my credit, several papers and articles published in some of the renowned HR journals as well as popular newspapers. I am a member of Indian Academy of Applied Psychology, a Life Member of National Institute of Personal Management, Associate Member of All India Management Association & a Member of Indian Society of Training & Development ( ISTD ). With a keen interest in teaching and his strong academic orientation, he has been a regular visiting faculty with MS University of Baroda, Nirma University, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Udaybhansinhji Regional Institute of Cooperative Management and Gujarat University.
I am pragmatic in nature and believe firmly that ‘nothing except change is consistent’.
